over 20 years. He is a nationally recognized educational
consultant who has presented numerous conferences in 38
states. Bill has worked for school districts from
Alaska to Florida. Regardless of where your school
is located, Bill is available to travel to your school district
and provide inservice and staff development programs.

Prior to entering consulting work, Bill served as principal
of Norwell Middle School in Ossian, Indiana. During his
tenure, Norwell received the prestigious Indiana Four Star
School Award four out of six years.
In addition to being a nationally recognized educational
consultant, Bill is the author of the book Master Schedule
Design for Middle Level Schools. He has designed award
winning master schedules for middle level schools throughout
the nation. Based out of Bluffton Indiana, Bill is the
president of Middle School Consulting, Inc.
