1.  You must attend class all three days from start to finish.  No late arrivals, no early dismissals and no absences.

2.  On Day One, you must be prepared for Show & Tell/Bring & Brag.  You will be seated at a roundtable with approximatley 6 to 8 educators from other schools that teach the same grade level or subject area.  Each educator will take a turn to share something they do in their classroom with students that is special and unique.  The idea is to network.  Not only will you share a great idea, but you should also gain several new ideas from educators in your network group.  Each educator at the table will have approximately 8 to 10 minutes to share their Show & Tell/Bring & Brag.

3.  You must be an active participant in all activities led by the course instructor.

4.  On Day Three, you will lead your network group in a lesson activity that you would use in your classroom.  Each educator will have about 10-12 minutes.  You will not just explain the activity, you will lead your network group in DOING the activity.  Your activity should incorporate as many of the following elements as possible:  FUN, Competition, Reward, Touch, Movement, Speed, Repetition, and Risk.

5.  Each educator will write a Course Experience Summary.  The Course Experience Summary will range between 3 and 5 pages.  The course instructor will provide written guidelines on the Course Experience Summary.  The Course Experience Summary must be emailed to Dr. Kevin Smith at Oakland City University within one week after the final day of class.
